Key Job Responsibilities: Was erwartet Sie bei uns?

The task is to support the Customer Service team and the customer from order to delivery of specific labels. You provide a comprehensive support in fulfilling the staff in their tasks, i.e. give constructive support and control the processes targeted. This calls for a very good product and material knowledge, technical understanding and high quality and process orientation. Second, it requires goal-and task-oriented activity, structured approach and the ability to motivate employees. In the foreground is also the concept of service to the customer.

• Sustaining prestige and reputation of the company to the customer
• Strengthening the loyalty of the customer reference
• Management, organization and development of the Customer Service Teams
• Optimization of the cooperation of the customer service department with other departments and foreign offices
• Preparation of reports and decision basis for management
• verifying the accuracy of complaint and credit
• completing of statistics (sales team, prompt delivery, etc.)
• Working with the Stock Control Manager in the regulation of stocks and degradation of old stocks
• Planning and conducting training sessions
• raising efficiency by improving internal and cross-departmental processes

Position Requirements: Was erwarten wir von Ihnen?

• commercial training and / or business administration degree
• several years of professional experience, preferably in customer service by phone
• in-depth knowledge as very good knowledge about products, materials and processes and production methods
• ability to advise competently by inserting skills such as customer orientation, negotiation skills, willingness to learn (continued strengthening of the product and material knowledge), targeted (systematic and structured approach), teamwork and flexibility optimal.
• good communication skills in English and German
