2 years experience working with children ages 5-12 (such as, YMCA, Daycare, School, and Youth Program) experience required.
1 year supervising a staff of 2 or more in a childcare environment.
You must be able to work between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Mon ? Fri.
You must be able to effectively communicate with children, parents and employees.
In addition, you will need to be organized, responsible, creative, and great at planning and supervising physical activities, games, reading materials and craft projects.
State Of Florida Child Care Training (20, 30 or 40 hour), CDA and CPR/1st Aid Training a plus.
