As a Leasing Professional Floater, you will fill in as needed at apartment communities within a particular district. This could be for vacation coverage, leave of absence, and other reasons as indicated by your supervisor. You will be responsible for, but not limited to, greeting potential residents and showing apartment homes. You will also complete and process lease applications and other tax credit program regulated documents. In addition, you will have the opportunity to conduct move-in orientations and other important duties as assigned by the Community Director. Required Skills At least 6-Months Residential Leasing Professional experience at an apartment community strongly preferred. May also consider someone who is a fast learner with a strong sales background and who possesses superior customer service and sales closing skills who is detailed oriented and is great at multi-tasking. Yardi Voyager Residential Property Management or similar system experience preferred. Knowledge of the Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program a super plus. You must be organized; detail oriented, a quick learner, comfortable with computers, and able to strive in a sales environment. Also must enjoy interacting with people just as much as handling paperwork. In addition, you must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer. |
