We are always looking for new and exciting people to join our team! This particular opportunity is for a resident focused, sales oriented, and super closer to join a highly motivated apartment property management team as a Lease-Up Professional.

At least 1-year Residential Leasing Professional experience at an apartment community required. Lease-up experience strongly preferred.
Yardi Voyager Residential Property Management or similar system experience preferred.
Knowledge of the Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program a super plus.
You must be organized; detail oriented, a quick learner, comfortable with computers, and able to strive in a sales environment. Also must enjoy interacting with people just as much as handling paperwork.
In addition, you must have basic knowledge of the following Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities:
As a Lease-Up Professional, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, greeting potential residents, and showing apartment homes. You will also complete and process lease applications and other tax credit program regulated documents. In addition, you will have the opportunity to conduct move-in orientations and other important duties as assigned by the Community Director.
