? Must be able to lift 50 lbs, perform repetitive stooping, bending and kneeling motions, and be able to climb a ladder to perform high reach duties.

Requirements:
As an Assistant Service Manager Floater (Maintenance Assistant), you will be required to travel between designated properties for special maintenance projects and to fill in for Assistant Service Manager?s who are on PTO, in classes, etc. You are also responsible for responding to and completing service requests within a timely manner. You will also upkeep the grounds, repair dry wall, paint, caulk, and use a pressure washer. As well as, repair/install air conditioners, refrigerators, stoves, ceiling fans, water heaters and other duties as assigned. Must be able work ?on call? which may include nights and weekends as needed.
